Lodging, Property, & Meals -
This Lakefront property is where the pine trees meet the water. The view of the lake offer such a serene retreat experience. The lodging is simple and affordable with shared rooms in the main house, a dorm, cabin, and a Tepee option. Look below for more lodging and price options. With Lakefront property you will wake up to the view of the water and have an opportunity to really enjoy access to the outdoor shower, walking path, fire pit, and time in the water. Meals are included during your stay and the food is prepared by a private chef that offers incredible food for all type of dietary needs. It is nutritious and delicious.
Daily Yoga -
Enjoy daily yoga with a morning Rise and Shine yoga and a calm & relax yoga in the evening. Breath work, yoga stretches, and a closing savasana for deep relaxation will help cleanse the body & mind while supporting deep restoration. The day you arrival there will be an evening class and the day of departure will have one morning class. Jena Baird is excited to lead and guide you on a journey on your mat. She has practiced and taught yoga for close to 20 years. Jena has trained yoga students to become teachers, owns a yoga studio, and loves offering retreat with yoga as the foundation. You will learn to be present, experience powerful breath work, mind-set sifting tools, and deep soul transformation. You are invited to really allow yourself to retreat in full acceptance and welcome where you are on your journey. She is excited to meet you and share the amazing practice of yoga.
Meditation & Sound Bath -
Daily Meditation, visualization, mantra, chants, and affirmations will allow you to embody the experience of deep healing and relaxation. Bathe your cells in soothing high vibrational frequencies that radiates from the sound from Tibetan & Crystal Bowls. Enjoy three evening chakra balancing sound baths.
The Inner Work Wellness Workshop - Access the Inner Compass-
Inner work is some of the greatest work we can do. The time away to retreat and break away from the normal routine is very ideal in order to truly reset, re-evaluate, adjust, and experience inner wholeness. Inner work requires digging deep and to understand the vast resources you can access within. When is the last time you learned to relax? When is the last time you did some self study? When is the last time you learned about energy medicine. Through powerful breath work, awareness, checking in, and time to process will give the body an opportunity to know what it already knows at an innate level. This return to what we know is essential and rewarding. And the travels within our inner knowing is some of the greatest travels we will do in our lifetime. Your soul is calling for you to learn more about who you really are beyond just the bones and muscles. Through energy awareness you will get to know what your chakra’s want you to know. They have a language and powerful messages to share.
Crystalize your frequency, learn empathic self care techniques and transformational breath work techniques
Stand up Paddle Boarding/ Kayaking -
Jena Baird will bring her 6 stand up paddle boards to access during the retreat along with access to kayak’s that are onsite. Jena is a certified yoga teacher and stand up paddle board instructor. Being a surfer and spending a lot of time in the water has inspired her to share her passion with others by offering lessons, adventures packages, and retreat experiences. You are going to fall in love with Lake Tahoe and the time in and by the water. You can enjoy swimming, kayaking, row boats, stand up paddle boards and the on the water trampoline.
Hiking, Bonfire, Time In Nature, & Free Time
We will enjoy one group hike together, plus you can hike more on your free time. During free time you can enjoy the water, read a book, hike, art, or whatever activity you feel inspired to do. This might be a time you bring something you’ve been wanting to work on or maybe it is a time to rest and relax. This lakefront property will be the perfect getaway to relax. A massage therapist is coming this year so you can book a massage during free time or in the evenings.
What To Bring:
Yoga mat (blocks, blankets, straps and bolsters will be provided)
Comfortable and loose fitting clothes for yoga and hiking
Water bottle
Flashlight
Journal
Bedding and towels
Bathing suit for water activities and swimming
Sun lotion
Warm and waterproof jacket or sweater for cool or wet weather.

Transportation to and from the retreat center
Towels

Location
The retreat will be held at the beautiful and tranquil Galilee Retreat Center. Nestled right on the eastern shore of Lake Tahoe, Galilee is known for its stunning beauty, warm hospitality, and life-changing programs and retreats. Located just a 1.5 hour drive from Sacramento and 30 minutes from Reno, Lake Tahoe is a world famous destination place. The closest airports are Reno-Tahoe International Airport (30 mins), Sacramento International Airport (1.5 hour), and San Francisco International Airport (3 hours). Transportation to and from the retreat is not included.
Lake Front Property
The absence of telephones and televisions in our facilities makes Galilee the ideal retreat center. Free WiFi connection is available. Smoking is not permitted on the property due to the high fire risk in the Tahoe basin. Galilee can provide lodging for up to 70 people.
