Payment Plan Options:
Pay for the retreat by breaking it up into 4 payments. If you choose to do the payment plan it is an additional $50.
Cancellation Policy and Non-Refundable Deposits - All rates include a $250, non-refundable (NR) deposit whether you pay in full or choose the payment plan. Should you cancel prior to 6-weeks before the event, all but the NR fee (and payment plan fee of $50 if applicable) can be returned within 6-10 business days. 50% is refundable if canceling between 6 weeks and 2 weeks. Should you cancel within 2-weeks of the event, zero of the funds are refundable due to the cost to reserve the lodge and unlikelihood of being able to book your space with such short notice. Rescheduling/cancelling for multiple years is subject to yearly NF deposits to hold your spot for the next scheduled retreat.
Payment Plan - Early Bird and Alumni are eligible for a 4-month payment plan which cost an additional $50 and is set up via PayPal Subscription for automatic payments each month. Should you subscribe to the monthly payment plan and need to cancel for any reason, you must contact Jena directly to cancel in order to be eligible for any refunds due. Cancelling your subscription on your own via PayPal without going through Jena will forfeit all monies paid.
